CEBU OCEAN PARK | THE BIGGEST OCEANARIUM IN CEBU - WHAT TO EXPECT?

Cebu Ocean Park had their soft opening around 2 weeks ago, August 24, 2019.
I recently visited with my little family and here's everything I can share with you from tips and tricks, entrance fees, what's free and what's not for free, food prices and souvenir prices! You may read through this or watch my YouTube video for the full experience, click here.

ENTRANCE FEE

WEEKDAYS (adult/child): P600.00
WEEKENDS (adult/child): P800.00

*Toddlers below 2ft: FREE

TIPS
- Children above 2 feet need to pay the same amount as adults, there is no half-price. It would be best to take children who are extremely interested in animals and who are sure to enjoy the park.
- Do not bring food and drinks from outside, everything will be confiscated including bottled water. Bottled water is available inside. My toddler has his own tumbler with water, and some snacks in a food container which were not confiscated. Lucky Cairo!
- Take note of the show schedules, they are for free. Take a photo on the left side before the entrance.
- Wear light and comfortable clothes when visiting on a sunny day. A lot of areas are open. If it is noontime, it will definitely be helpful to wear a hat and bring a fan especially when with toddlers and children. Bring extra shirts and face towels.
- The best time to visit is on a weekday, from 4PM onwards. It will not be hot anymore, there are only a few people, you can catch the 5PM bird show, and right after going around the park, it's time for dinner in the Gusto Food Hall.
- There is no diaper changing area and breastfeeding station (for now). You may look for seats (eg. in the main tank gallery, or the amphitheater when there is no bird show ongoing) if you really need to engage in these activities while inside the park.
- If you want to take better photos in the oceanarium, get inside the oceanarium while a bird show is ongoing. Or, visit the park on a weekday, towards the end of the day.
- There are child-friendly food available in snack bars inside which you can purchase and eat while enjoying the park. But complete meals are available only upon exit, in the Gusto Food Hall. Once you have exited the park to eat in the Gusto Food Hall, you are not able to return inside.
- Souvenirs are available only upon exit. You cannot access the park again once you have entered the souvenir shop.
